METHANOL CHEMICALS COMPANY ANNOUNCES PAYMENT OF ANNUAL DIVIDENDS FOR ITS SHAREHOLDERS FOR THE YEAR 2012
After reviewing the financial results of the company for the year 2012, the Board of Directors of Methanol Chemicals Company, in its meeting held on Wednesday 10/04/1434H corresponding to 20/02/2013, has recommended the distribution of cash dividends to the company shareholders for the year 2012 at 50 Halalah per share representing 5% of nominal price with the total distributed dividends amounting to SAR 60,300,000 Million. All shareholders, registered in the records of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) at the end of the trading day on which the general assembly would be held, shall be eligible for the dividend. After obtaining relevant approval from the government authorities, the date for the general assembly will be announced and subsequently the date for the distribution of dividends would be announced.
