Eng. Saud Abdullah Al-Sanea
Eng. Saud Al-Sanea has been associated with Chemanol since 2016, where he assisted the company in effectively implementing and driving the desired results from its ambitious cost saving program “Wafer”. In July 2016, he was formally appointed as the CEO of Chemanol and has since, been instrumental in laying a foundation for a successful turnaround. In November 2018, he was elected to the Board of Directors as an Executive Member. Effective September 2019, he was promoted by the Board of Directors as the Managing Director. Presently, Mr. Al Sanea functions as an Executive Member of the Board in addition to his current position of MD.
Prior to joining Chemanol, Mr. Al-Sanea has served SABIC and its affiliates for more than 30 years, where he successfully spearheaded diverse functions covering Technical, Operational and Projects Implementation. In over three decades with SABIC, he has held a number of prominent leadership positions which included being Operations General Manager, Technical General Manager and Maintenance General Manager at Saudi Arabia Petrochemical Company (SADAF). He last served Saudi Methanol Co. (AR-RAZI), another affiliate of SABIC, as its CEO.
Mr. Saud Al-Sanea is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from USA and also holds a degree in Executive Development Program from Kellogg, North Western University, USA.
Eng. Ali Mohammed Al-Asiri
Graduated with B.S in Applied Chemical Engineering from King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals, Saudi Arabia and completed his post-graduation with an Executive Management Business Administration (EMBA) from USA Troy University Alabama, USA. With over 23 years of rich work experience in the fields of manufacturing, project development and implementation, within the petrochemical industry, Mr. Ali Al-Asiri took charge as CEO of Chemanol in September 2019.
Prior to assuming this responsibility, he served with Saudi Calcined Petroleum Coke Co. (SCPC), as its CEO and President. He has also worked in senior positions with other reputable organizations like SADAF, Farabi Petrochemical Company, Gulf Packaging Company (GPIL) and TASNEE. His experience and leadership potentials are highly regarded.
Mr. Abdullah Abdulrahman Bu-Ali
Mr. Abdullah Bu-Ali joined Chemanol as Financial Consultant for the CEO in September 2017 and was nominated as an Executive Board Member in November 2018.
Previously, he was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of MARAFIQ Water and Power Supply Company (TAWREED) and was the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Jubail Water and Power Company along with being a Board Member of Marafiq Insurance Limited.
Mr. Bu-Ali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from the King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, KSA.
Mr. Abdullah A. Al-Hajri
With his cumulative work experience in the field of accounting, auditing & taxation, Mr. Al-Hajri has been associated with Chemanol since July 2017. In January 2020, he took charge as CFO.
Before joining Chemanol, he has served with reputable entities like Saudi Industrial Development Fund(SIDF), Ernst & Young and Marafiq.
Mr. Abdullah A. Al-Hajri completed his graduation with B.S. in Accounting from King Faisal University, Saudi Arabia and subsequently pursued post-graduation with M.S. in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University, Manchester, USA.
Apart from having participated in various seminars and workshops on IFRS, SAP, Financial Analysis, Taxation & Safety Practices, Mr. Al-Hajri is certified with SOCPA (Certified Public Accountant, Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountant) & MPC (Certified in Fixed Assets Accounting & Management, Meirc Training & Consulting).
Eng. Khalid Mohammed Moharrum
Mr. Khalid Moharrum joined Chemanol as a Process Engineer in May 1996. During these 22 years, he has held various positions in supervisory and management roles covering plant operations, maintenance, logistics, marketing and project management, to progress to his present position as General Manager - Manufacturing. The highlight of his tenure in Chemanol being the significant role he has played in leading a culturally diverse team to increase the overall production capacity from twenty-four thousand metric tonnes per year to one million metric tonnes per year.
Formerly, he served at Energy Research Institute, King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, KSA.
Mr. Moharrum completed his B.Sc. from the King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, KSA with an honours degree in Applied Chemical Engineering.
Mr. Abdulaziz Mohamed Al-Zahrani
Having 19 years of rich experience in Petrochemical industry across Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Logistics, Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Zahrani, joined Chemanol in March 2017. Before assuming his present position as General Manager of Marketing, Sales & Logistics, Mr. Al-Zahrani was associated with SADARA as Marketing & Sales Manager. He commenced his career as a Business Information Analyst at SABIC and subsequently worked as Marketing & Sales Manager with Saudi International Petrochemical Company (SIPCHEM).
Mr. Al-Zahrani has graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals(KFUPM), KSA.
Mr. Eid Abdul-Mohsen Al-Dossary
Having joined Chemanol in February 2004 in the Government Relations Department, Mr. Eid Al Dossary has worked across numerous functions in the company and has grown with the organization to his current position as General Manager, EHSS & Administration.
He served previously as an Administration Manager at Al-Fozan Factory.
Mr. Al-Dossary holds a Bachelor's degree in Projects Management from King Faisal University, KSA.
