Mr. Abdullah Ali Al-Sanea, Chairman since 2015, has been associated with the Board of Directors for Chemanol since June 2012, having previously served as CEO with Zamil Plastics Industry, Arnon Plastics Industry, and Dhahran Chemical Industry. Moreover, he was the Chairman of the Industrial Committee at Eastern Chamber from 2015 to 2018.
Mr Al-Sanea is presently also the Proprietor and President of SAN Consult, and the Owner / CEO of AAA Plastics Industry. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from the King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, KSA.
Joined Chemanol Board of Directors in November 2015. Presently, he is also a Board member of Advanced Petrochemical Company. Prior to this, Mr. Al-Suwaigh served as the President of four affiliate companies of Saudi Arabia Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC); Saudi Arabia Petrochemical Company (SADAF); Arabian Petrochemical Company (Petrokemya); Saudi-European Petrochemical Company (Ibn Zahra); and Saudi Iron & Steel Company (Hadeed).
Mr. Al-Suwaigh graduated from the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, KSA with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management.
Mr. Mohammed Al Nader has an extensive experience in Finance, Strategy and Business Consulting through his practice with leading advisory and auditing firms.
As a Board Member with Chemanol since November 2015, Mr. Al Nader, is at present, also a Managing Partner with RSM Allied Accountants Co. Additionally, he is an audit committee member of Saudi International Petrochemical Company (Sipchem), United Electronics Company (Extra), Jabal Omar Company, National Company for Education & Learning and Cooperative Insurance Company (Tawuniya).
Mr. Al Nader is a Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting from King Saud University, KSA and has completed his MSc in Business Management & Finance from the Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh, UK. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (SOCPA) Saudi Arabia & United States (CPA).
A Board member since November 2015. Mr. Yassir Alluhaidan is an entrepreneur running his own business. He was previously associated with Al-Kawther Establishment for Medical Supplies as a Sales Manager. He has also worked with Saudi Land Transport Company (Mubarrad) as a Deputy General Manager and Acting General Manager.
Mr. Alluhaidan completed his graduation from King Saud University, KSA with a Bachelor's degree in Education.
Has been a member of the Board of Directors at Chemanol since November 2015. Currently working as, the President of Zamil Plastics Industries, Mr. Al Ghassab has previously served as the Managing Director of Zamil Plastics Industries. Prior to working with Zamil, Mr. Adel Al Ghassab was associated with Tasnee Petrochemical as a sales manager and with Fipco as a Marketing Manager.
Mr. Al Ghassab is qualified with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, KSA.
Joined Chemanol Board of Directors in June 2016. Additionally, he is also the Chairman of Board of Directors for Al Mazro Group. In the past he has served, as a Board Member of Rabigh Refining & Petrochemical Company (Petro Rabigh) and as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at SABIC in India & Turkey and several international and local affiliate companies of SABIC.
Besides holding a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from King Saud University, KSA, Mr. Al Mazro is an MBA from the University of Bradford, West Yorkshire, UK.
Mr. Zeyad Al Barrak has been designated to the Board in November 2018. He is the Founding Partner of ZAAB Advisory Services. Prior to this venture, he was associated with Jubail Energy Services Co. (JESCO) as their CEO and before that was their CFO and has also served with Chemanol as a CFO. Earlier, he has also worked as a Finance & IT Manager with Aluminum Products Co., and as a Credit Consultant with the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF).
In addition to a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Economics from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), KSA, Mr. Al Barrak, has successfully completed the Credit Risk Management Program from JP Morgan Chase, Manhattan, New York, USA and the Executive Education "HPL Program" from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland.
Eng. Saud Al-Sanea has been associated with Chemanol since 2016, where he assisted the company in effectively implementing and driving the desired results from its ambitious cost saving program “Wafer”. In July 2016, he was formally appointed as the CEO of Chemanol and has since, been instrumental in laying a foundation for a successful turnaround. In November 2018, he was elected to the Board of Directors as an Executive Member. Effective September 2019, he was promoted by the Board of Directors as the Managing Director. Presently, Mr. Al Sanea functions as an Executive Member of the Board in addition to his current position of MD.
Prior to joining Chemanol, Mr. Al-Sanea has served SABIC and its affiliates for more than 30 years, where he successfully spearheaded diverse functions covering Technical, Operational and Projects Implementation. In over three decades with SABIC, he has held a number of prominent leadership positions which included being Operations General Manager, Technical General Manager and Maintenance General Manager at Saudi Arabia Petrochemical Company (SADAF). He last served Saudi Methanol Co. (AR-RAZI), another affiliate of SABIC, as its CEO.
Mr. Saud Al-Sanea is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from USA and also holds a degree in Executive Development Program from Kellogg, North Western University, USA.
Mr. Abdullah Bu-Ali joined Chemanol as Financial Consultant for the CEO in September 2017 and was nominated as an Executive Board Member in November 2018. In July 2019, he took charge as CFO and currently continues to serve Chemanol both as a CFO and Board member.
Previously, he was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of MARAFIQ Water and Power Supply Company (TAWREED) and was the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Jubail Water and Power Company along with being a Board Member of Marafiq Insurance Limited
Mr. Bu-Ali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from the King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, KSA.
With his cumulative work experience in the field of accounting, auditing & taxation, Mr. Al-Hajri has been associated with Chemanol since July 2017. In January 2020, he took charge as CFO.
Before joining Chemanol, he has served with reputable entities like Saudi Industrial Development Fund(SIDF), Ernst & Young and Marafiq.
Mr. Abdullah A. Al-Hajri completed his graduation with B.S. in Accounting from King Faisal University, Saudi Arabia and subsequently pursued post-graduation with M.S. in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University, Manchester, USA.
Apart from having participated in various seminars and workshops on IFRS, SAP, Financial Analysis, Taxation & Safety Practices, Mr. Al-Hajri is certified with SOCPA (Certified Public Accountant, Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountant) & MPC (Certified in Fixed Assets Accounting & Management, Meirc Training & Consulting).
