Eng. Ali Al-Turki has extensive experience and track record in the sectors of oil & gas, engineering & construction, telecommunications and financial services. He is the founding partner and CEO of Energy Capital Group (ECG), member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), founding member of both Asharqia Orphans Association (Tamkiin) and the Cogito Scholarship Foundation (London). He is currently member of Board of Directors of the National Petrochemical Industry Co. (NATPET).
Throughout his career, Eng. Ali Al-Turki held the position of Vice Chairman of Rawabi Holding Co., member of Rawabi's Executive Committee, Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Redland Industrial Services (RISAL); Arabia, Chairman of Gate Capital (Dubai), and Chairman of United Safety Services (Canada).
Eng. Ali Al-Turki also held a series of Board memberships in various companies including, Nesma & Partners, Neos Geo Solutions Inc (USA), Rawabi Vallianz Offshore Services Co., Jenan Real Estate Co., Samba Capital & Investment Management Co., and Alujain Holding Corp.
He is also a former Executive Committee member of the Saudi Cancer Foundation, and a founding member of Asharqia Business Youth Council of the Eastern Province Chamber of Commerce.
Eng. Ali Al-Turki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University, USA.
Mr. Melfi Al-Marzoqi is the Vice-President of Human Resources at Etihad Etisalat Co.(Mobily) since 2014, and Managing Director of the National Agricultural Marketing Co. (Thimar) since August 2021.
Mr. Al-Marzoqi held the membership of the Board of Directors of Nama Chemicals Co from February 2019 to August 2019. Also he held several managerial positions at Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) including General Manager of Public Services from 2012 to 2014, General Manager of Administration and Property Affairs, Executive Director of Licensing Affairs, Director of Administration Affairs Department since 2004. He served also as Services Department Manager at the General Authority of Zakat & Tax from 1993 to 2004.
He holds Diploma of Electronics from the College of Technology, Bachelor's degree in Business Management from King Abdul Aziz University, KSA, and certificate of Senior Executives from London Business School, United Kingdom.
Eng. Abdullah Al-Znaedi is the CEO of the Explosives Sector at Saudi Chemical Co. He previously worked at Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) from 1996 to 2021, and Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries & Medical Appliances Corporation (SPIMACO) from 1993 to 1996.
Eng. Abdullah holds a Bachelor’s degree Chemical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, KSA, and a Master of Business Administration (Executive MBA) in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, USA.
Mr. Hani Al-Saleh is the founder of Naqel, Saudi Arabia, and CEO of Arabian Hala Group since January 2001.
He served as CEO of Naqel Co. from August 2006 to March 2012 and Project Manager at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) from 1995 to 1999.
Mr. Hani also holds a series of Board memberships in various companies including Al-Etihad Co-operative Insurance Co., Alujain Holding Corp., Naqel Co., Dermabit Waterproofing Industries Co., and Hala Supply Chain Services Co.
Mr. Hani holds Bachelor’s degree in Finance Management from King Saud University, KSA, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship from Babson College, USA.
Graduated with B.S in Applied Chemical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, Saudi Arabia and completed his post-graduation with an Executive Management Business Administration (EMBA) from USA Troy University Alabama, USA. With over 24 years of rich work experience in the fields of manufacturing, project development and implementation, within the petrochemical industry, Eng. Ali Al-Asiri took charge as CEO of Chemanol in September 2019.
Prior to assuming this responsibility, he served with Saudi Calcined Petroleum Coke Co. (SCPC), and Gulf Packaging Co. (GPIL) as President and CEO. He has also worked in senior positions with other reputable organizations like SADAF, Farabi Petrochemical Co., and TASNEE.
Eng. Ali Al-Asiri holds the membership of the Board of Directors of Jubail Educational Council and the Gulf Petrochemical & Chemicals Association (GPCA), also formerly he was a member of the Industrial Committee Member of the Chamber of Commerce.
Eng. Saud Al-Sanea has been associated with Chemanol since 2016, where he assisted the Company in effectively implementing and driving the desired results from its ambitious cost saving program “Wafer”. In July 2016, he was formally appointed as the CEO of Chemanol and has since, been instrumental in laying a foundation for a successful turnaround. In November 2018, he was elected to the Board of Directors as an Executive Member. From September 2019 to June 2020, he served as the Managing Director.
Prior to joining Chemanol, Eng. Al-Sanea has served SABIC and its affiliates for more than 30 years, where he successfully spearheaded diverse functions covering Technical, Operational and Projects Implementation. In over three decades with SABIC, he has held a number of prominent leadership positions which included being Operations General Manager, Technical General Manager and Maintenance General Manager at Saudi Arabia Petrochemical Co. (SADAF). He last served Saudi Methanol Co. (AR-RAZI), another affiliate of SABIC, as its CEO.
Eng. Saud Al-Sanea is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from USA and also holds a degree in Executive Development Program from Kellogg, North Western University, USA.
Mr. Abdullah Bu-Ali served for more than 30 years in various leadership positions at Saudi Arabia Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) and its affiliates. He joined Chemanol as Financial Consultant for the CEO in September 2017 and was nominated as an Executive Board Member in November 2018. He is currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Saudi Water Partnership Company (SWPC).
Previously, he was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of MARAFIQ Water and Power Supply Co. (TAWREED) and was the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Jubail Water and Power Co. along with being a Board Member of Marafiq Insurance Limited
Mr. Bu-Ali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from the King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, KSA.
Mr. Yousif Al-Rajhi is the General Manager of Abdullah Abdul Aziz Al-Rajhi & Sons Industrial Co. since 2013, and the chairman of the Board of Directors of several companies including Almatar Travel & Tourism Co. since 2017, Riyada International Hotels & Resorts since 2005, Al-Rajhi Hydraulic Centre since 1999, Cool Factory for Metal Products since 1998, Cool Tourism & Travel Co. since 1997, and Yousif Al-Rajhi Manufacturing industries Centre since 1996.
He served as General Manager of Al-Rajhi Industrial & Trading Co. 1996 – 2013, Financial Project Manager at Al-Rajhi Exchange & Investment Co.1992 – 1995, and Branch Manager of Al-Rajhi Banking & Investment Corporation 1987 – 1988.
Mr. Yousif Al-Rajhi is the Vice-Chairman of both Tabuk Agricultural Development Co. since 2019 and the Islamic Bank of Bangladesh since 1996. He is a Board member in several companies and organizations including United International Transportation Co. (Budget, Saudi) since 2018, Al-Rajhi Company for Education & Human Resources Development since 1993, Al-Rajhi Co. for Industry & Trade, Al-Rajhi Hotels Co., and Gulf Technology Co.
Mr. Yousif Al-Rajhi holds Bachelor’s degree in Economic & Political Sciences from King Saud University, KSA, and a Master of Development Administration from Western Michigan University, USA.
Eng. Waleed Al-Showair is the Sales Department Manager at Al-Jomaih Equipment Co. since 2020. He also worked at Al-Khorayef Equipment Co. from 2001 to 2019, and Akel Trading & Industrial Co. from 2019 to 2020.
He holds Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering from King Saud University, KSA.
